Q: If the door is not closed?
A: Most of this problem caused by loosed hinge. Try to fix the hinge.
Or there maybe a cloth or foreign substances between the door and the locker. Remove it.

Q: If you lose the master key?
A: Re-register extra key as new Master key by Owner key.

Q: If you lose the owner key?
A: Please contact the customer service. Keep the Owner key in safe place always.

Q: If there are beeps continually?
A: There is a failure in its mechanism. Please contact customer service.

Q: If a Guest key does not work and only the Master key vorks,
A: - If you hear a short alarming sound twice upon using a Guest key: Register the Master key with the Owner key again, register the Master key again, and register a Guest key with the Master key again.
- If keys do not work without any alarming sound: Because a Guest key has an error, register a new Guest key with a spare key by using the Master key.

- If you fail to do so even after replacing a battery, please ask for A/S by mail.

A. Upon using an owner ship, such alarm sound must not be heard. Please, contact the customer center immediately.
